Accounting clerk

We are currently looking for an Accounting clerk. The candidate will join a young and dynamic environment.

Head office: Vaudreuil

Position: Full time (40 hours per week)

Duties and responsibilities

  • Process invoices for all shopping centers and for construction;
  • Do follow-up on account statements with the various suppliers;
  • Make accounting entries as needed;
  • Print checks and do online payments including managing all the supporting documents and do follow-up on the signing process;
  • Balance Interco’s and monthly invoices;
  • Reconciliation of credit cards and banks;
  • Perform various tasks related to the construction department (PO, Enter budget, …);
  • Assist accountants as needed (analysis, CAM, Tax, …;
  • Assist on various projects;
  • Replacement at the reception;
  • Bank deposit and rent reconciliation;
  • All other tasks related.

Qualifications

  • College diploma or experience in administration;
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position;
  • Good communication skills in French and English (spoken and written);
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive-SharePoint and other tools within the suit;
  • Experience with Asana or a similar collaborative work management platform (An asset);
  • Strong digital literacy and experience receiving training through guided e-learning;
