Harden is currently looking for a Maintenance Coordinator. The candidate will join a young and dynamic team within an environment in full expansion.

Position: Full time (40 hours per week)
Duties and responsibilities:
- Support the Property Managers (PM) by accurately determining the supply, repair, or replacement needs of their sites (occasional travel to sites may be required),
- Obtain comparative proposals from suppliers with the goal of achieving the best supply conditions on the market,
- Prepare summary reports of proposals for each project and present the findings to the Property Managers to obtain the appropriate approvals for proceeding,
- Prepare current and up-to-date records on the progress of all maintenance projects under your purview,
- Prepare and update a master list of suppliers,
- Coordinate the installation, removal, storage, and inventory of Christmas lights for all sites,
- Manage snow removal contracts (identifying all suppliers, invitations for proposals and invoicing),
- Serve as the resource person for the Facility Manager Application (Yardi) by ensuring the creation of service requests for employees and suppliers, with proper follow-up,
- Responsible for coordinating and ensuring all periodic maintenance is accomplished,
- Prepare and manage requests for tender,
- Manage and coordinate replacement and repair projects.
Qualifications
- Excellent organization skills with attention to detail,
- Dynamic personality and a team player,
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure,
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and Yardi,
- Strong communications skills in both French and English (spoken and written) is required,
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
