Job description

Harden is currently looking for a Graphic Designer. The candidate will join a young and dynamic environment.

Head office: Vaudreuil

Position: Full-time

Duties and responsibilities

  • Design, format, adapt, and deploy various printed and digital marketing concepts tools (advertisements, newsletters, social media, websites, presentation documents, street and window posters, building signage, exhibition visuals, etc.).
  • Actively participate in the development of creative ideas and concepts, making recommendations for new initiatives, methods, and content inspired by current trends.
  • Conduct research, development, retouching, and image processing.
  • Coordinate and execute the regular updates of the leasing marketing documents in collaboration with the leasing team (portfolios, brochures, fact sheets, site plans, monthly reports, prospecting presentations, various signage, etc.).
  • Apply brand guidelines and ensure compliance with graphic standards, consistency, and quality of graphic communications within the company.
  • Manage the production schedule with suppliers and internal teams to produce, deliver, and install materials within the required timelines (preparing files for print, quality assurance, coordinating delivery and installation, etc.).
  • Coordinate feasibility, quotes, production, and billing follow-up with various stakeholders (suppliers or internal teams).
  • Act as a leader and ambassador for the brand.
  • Oversee the filing system for brand graphic files and resources.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, both print and digital (portfolio required).
  • Bachelor's degree or D.E.C. in graphic design/graphics/computer graphics or equivalent studies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud software suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Understanding of production techniques for various materials.
  • Familiar with Asana is a plus.
  • Skills in photography and knowledge of digital and video platforms are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to execute quickly, under tight deadlines, and on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Overflowing creativity, curiosity, autonomy, and a sense of priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
  • Understanding of branding concepts.
