Announcement of Phase III of Plaza Hawkesbury: Food Basics as the Anchor Tenant

We are excited to announce that Phase III of Plaza Hawkesbury is officially in the planning stages, with construction expected to begin soon.

This new phase will add 45,000 square feet of retail space to our center. Among the first tenants, Food Basics, a warehouse-style supermarket known for its competitive prices, will be the anchor tenant. Domino's Pizza will also join this development, offering visitors a fast food option.

The expansion aims to meet the growing demand and strengthen Plaza Hawkesbury’s position as the commercial heart of the region. Located on Tupper Street at the intersection of County Road 17, and close to Highways 40 and 417 as well as the Quebec border, the center ensures regular passing traffic and easy access.
