Avenue Loisirs is located along Highway 40, near the Vaudreuil-Dorion traffic circle. This is a highly strategic location: formed by Highway 40 (exit 35) and Cité-des-Jeunes Boulevard, this intersection is one of the main access points to the city of Vaudreuil-Dorion.

An entirely new building enhances the commercial offering of this part of Les Avenues Vaudreuil with five new businesses, including restaurants with a welcoming terrace. The construction is completed, and the last tenants have just opened their doors.

This project is easily accessible, and parking is abundant. The last building, recently built, add five commercial spaces, two of which can accommodate a welcoming terrace. Sail is the main retailer of this centre, alongside service businesses which benefit from a high customer traffic. A varied restaurant offer completes a mix of businesses that appeals to customers.
