The Henry Ford Campus, currently in development in Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC, is set to become a key industrial hub in th area. The project is located on a site encompassing over 2.4 million sq.ft., featuring ± 1 million sq.ft. of industrial spaces. The first completed building on site, LEED-certified, underscores our commitment to durable construction within a sustainable environment, and all future buildings built will offer the same high quality, leveraging their strategic location to access a strong labor market.
The location of the Henry Ford project is second to none. It is situated in Vaudreuil-Dorion on rue Henry Ford. The site benefits from multiple access points to the region’s three main throughways: highways 20, 30 and 40. These highways allow our tenants to reach central and eastern Canada, as well as the northeastern markets of the United States. The site is zoned to allow logistics and distribution as well prestige.
